I was invited to exhibit a number of 13 black and white photographs, all on film, to the "Japan-Bacau Event 2026", that took place on the 01st of June 2026.
The photographs were matched, each, with a suitable haiku written by a local poet. This "photo-haiku" combination was my first attempt at this format. I find it to be a really interesting thing.
I was honoured by the presence and appreciation of H.E. Takashi Katae, ambassador of Japan to Romania, himself a passionate photographer.
